Dr. Bayliff took incredible care of our cat “Ham” when he knocked on death’s door. Although he was a young cat, he was stricken with a life-threatening UTI which went unchecked while we were out of town on business. Once we got him emergency care, Dr. Bayliff allowed us to visit him and give him the affection he needed to get his health back together. This includes weekends and after hours visits where we always found him recovering nicely in a clean and warm mew. Dr. Bayliff checked in on him frequently and personally updated us more than we even anticipated. The type of personal concern Dr. showed for “Ham” assured me that there are great veterinarians out there who still have the personal capacity to share love and kindness for deathly ill house pets despite hectice and demanding practices.
